Description
Unlike solvents, it does not change the structure of the paint. Linseed oils also affect the drying of paints, depending on the process used to make them, they can reduce or increase the drying time. Refined linseed oil is pale yellow, does not discolor significantly over time, and does not tend to turn yellow like raw oil. When mixed with paint, it makes it more fluid, easier to apply, and spread. The dried paint layer will be shiny and waterproof.
