Delivery Policy

Shipping:

• Shipment period: within 1 or 2 business days
• An order prior to 12pm, will be shipped on the same day. After that dispatch will be the next working day.
• There are no dispatches on the weekends or public holidays.

Charges:

• There is a small shipment Charge of AED 30/- on all orders.

Delivery:

• Delivery generally takes 3-4 business days once we ship, based on the delivery locations
• There is an extra charge for Expedited Delivery which can only be assessed once the goods are ready for dispatch

International Shipping:

• Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation across the globe, we are not shipping any orders out of UAE regions now.
