Binders are part of the colour and ensure that the pigments are first connected to each other and later – when painting – with the painting base. Consequently, you can also make your own acrylic paints or primers with them. When these binders are mixed into finished acrylic paint, they change certain properties of the paint. The LUKAS acrylic binder glossy is an acrylic resin dispersion and when added to acrylic paint ensures that it becomes more glazing and thinner without sticking worse. It dries shiny and waterproof. It can also be used to make your own acrylic paints and primers.
